BFA / MFA University of Victoria. Ross Desprez is the Founder and Artistic Director of The Other Guys Theatre Company where he has overseen the creation and premier of historical musical plays and operas. He has also created historical plays for Theatre Royal in Barkerville and the Alaska Highway Celebrations. His own plays have been seen from Victoria to Halifax. As an actor he has performed at The Manitoba Theatre Centre, The Arts Club Theatre, Theatre One and Victoria’s Belfry Theatre. He has directed plays for the Belfry Theatre, Theatre SKAM and Theatre One. He was a cofounder, writer and actor of the Five White Guys sketch comedy troupe. |
